S&K Story

Our story is about 2 passionate HR professionals who also happen to be sisters with over 40+ years of regional and international experience across 41+ industries. The UAE has been our home for over 40 years during which we have had firsthand exposure to the challenges faced by SME entrepreneurs through our family business.  

Our formal education and extensive corporate experience in international HR allows us to now marry best practices of corporate to Start-Ups & Small Businesses. We strongly believe that the HR best practices at corporate organisations can be applied in small and medium size businesses in a manner that allows for agility and responsiveness. 

Thus, we created S&K Consulting to help Start-Ups and SME’s in the region to grow their profits through our simplified HR services and the feedback from our clients is testament to the value we have added to their business. Our focus is on the people challenges – our aim is to solve a pain point and provide simple and proven solutions that have a long-term positive impact.
