As a non-HR professional navigating the world of HR over the past years I have had the help of some excellent HR staff, you know who you are I hope. Starting a new business here in the UAE there a number of regional differences that are simply not foreseen and I have been lucky to have found an organisation that has been able to advise, support and basically set up our HR function and continues to support on a weekly basis. If you are looking to add HR services, simply need on call support or set up your entire HR function with advice, templates, payroll etc. I don’t think you need to look further than the team at S&K. Desma and Elrona helped massively to start and Rakhi provides that daily support and services. Even if you don’t subscribe, there is a Youtube channel and podcast.
