A crucial step in finding the right talent is to know where to look. We create individual job advertisements per unique role and advertise the roles on selected platforms based on our knowledge of where talent ‘hangs-out.
Screen Applications
Our Recruitment Consultants will then pour through 100’s of applications to ensure we screen candidates as per the selection criteria. This is a time-intensive process, and we ensure that we invest the time to attend to all applicants.
Shortlist Candidates
We speak individually with candidates to ensure that they are both a skills match as well as a culture fit to the business. We also discuss salary discussions and availability at this stage. This is to ensure that we are honest with candidates and transparent on expectations, with our clients.
Schedule Interviews with the Client
Profiles of candidates who are shortlisted are shared with the client for their review. We schedule interviews for candidates who are selected for interviews. Interviews may be conducted online or in-person, as per the preference of the client.
